What differentiates Sales Navigator from other similar products?
The LinkedIn network is what makes Sales Navigator a must have. There's nobody who can compete with that.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ability to save lead and account lists and see alerts relative to those lists
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't think the connection mapping is robust enough. Intent data is also weak
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a clear plan for how your team is going to use it. There are a lot of features that just aren't relevant to day to day selling.

What differentiates Sales Navigator from other similar products?
What differentiates Sales navigator is that almost every professional people are on LinkedIn, and it makes it easier to search on Sales Navigator as LinkedIn already has their profile and their company profile. It is even more efficient and saves time as you can customize your searches by industry, company head count, and many other different search filters.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customized search is my favorite part of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It makes it easier to search for a specific buyer persona and saves so much time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not much I dislike about LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend someone looking to buy the product first have a clear understanding of what they are getting and see if the product solves the problems they are facing.

What differentiates Sales Navigator from other similar products?
Sales Navigator is getting it's "people" data right from the source, people like you and I that are updating their LinkedIn profile with their current Company, Title, Job Description, etc. This tool is an absolute must when you want to have the most accurate data as far as WHO to contact. Sales Nav doesn't offer emails and phone numbers, keep this in mind because you'll need another tool for contact information, but when it comes to knowing who to target, Sales Nav is the best tool for that.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The "people" data is excellent since it is the LinkedIn user maintaining their information. Being able to InMail people directly is awesome too, and now you can record yourself to send via InMail. The ability to create Lead and Account lists is great, and there is a decent Salesforce integration that has been improving over the years.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Salesforce integration is seriously lacking. You would think you'd be able to export prospects directly from Sales Navigator into Salesforce, but you can't. Not sure why, maybe they want everyone to stay within Sales Navigator, or they have their own competing CRM solution? Regardless, I hope they continue to improve this integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy. You may need another solution if you want contact information like email and phone numbers.
