What differentiates Sales Navigator from other similar products?

This is a powerful tool for sales professionals that improves prospecting, engagement, and relationship-building capabilities. Its unique features and capabilities set it apart from other similar products and make it a valuable asset for any sales team. In fact I would say it is vital.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is nothing else like this on the market that has the relationship building features that you are able to get from Sales Navigator. It provides tools to engage with a wide swath of prospects that nothing else on the market is able to provide. Everything from it's lead recommendations, lead updates, and CRM integration helps reps stay up-to-date on both prospects/leads alike as well as account mapping to build stronger relationships. I will actually say from a mapping POV it has become enhanced with how to actually tier out your personas; thus, providing the ability to multi-thread.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit pricey, though the value is there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Honestly, any modern sales team is losing by not equipping your reps with Sales Navigator. It's that simple to me.

It must have checks to identify that information provided by someone is correct or not. As there must be mechanism to identify that information provided is refined or not. Its AI driven capabilities are somehow less right now which requires more upgradation in it. It is not that much cost efficient for small enterprises.

You can get greatly benefitted from its capabilities if you are working in a serious environment of corporate sector. One must review there organization standards before integration, As its unmatched benefits are not for newcomers. Whether you are looking for leads or market trends its a milestone to get it with in no time. Organization's must analyze there structure before its adaptation.
