What differentiates SailPoint IdentityNow from other similar products?

It makes it reliable and cheaper to manage and secure the access of all identities and control access related issues to all applications and resources also makes certification processes easy with exact report.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It automatically resolves and assign the entitlement issues which are assigned outside of IdentityNow, audit them and provide a detailed report when needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is No scheduling of tasks like Identity refresh and very less documentation is available over the internet also the product need more enhancement for existing bugs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It efficiently manages all the access from starting of the lifecycle when users join the organization, moves or leave the organization and Identity current access and optimizes.

What differentiates SailPoint IdentityNow from other similar products?

It allows full customization in every aspect of it from starting of the lifecycle to the end also the support team is proactive in resolving product issues in time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool gives us full control over it and we can understand the backend existing logic of all the business process and can create our own.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user should be trained before giving the access to the tool as it will be difficult for fresher to directly work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a reliable tool which helps us prevent our organization data from any external security breach and allows user to safely access all there applications required based on the Entitlement provided.
