What differentiates Sage Intacct from other similar products?
Because Sage Intacct makes the process of creating financial statements simpler, more users, not just accountants, can access data more quickly if month-end is finished earlier. It was a huge advantage for us because it fulfilled all of our organizational needs and aspirations like a gift.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can go back and edit the numbers in an earlier entry if we need to adjust a journal entry rather than deciding which account to record it in. Additionally, a very useful feature of this software is the ability to export data into Excel. We rely heavily on Excel exports' built-in export feature. Overall, Sage Intacct has demonstrated that it is a superb tool, especially for duties like month-end reconciliation and invoice verification before payment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To effectively debug unsuccessful imports, Sage Intacct should offer instructions. It would be beneficial to include recommendations for how the value should be calculated or examples of good deals; similarly useful features in other ERP software, such as NEO or SAP, may also be very advantageous to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Screens are significantly simpler to browse because they may be customized for particular financial processes. The customer service for Sage Intacct is also excellent and helpful. Sage has aided us in keeping track of all of our inventories. The cost is reasonable and pleasant. I'm happy to suggest this to you.

Versatile accounting tool for use in finance

What differentiates Sage Intacct from other similar products?
For us, inter-entity reconciliation and consolidation are crucial. Due to the many systems, this used to take several hours each month. All of our reconciliations and consolidations had to be done in excel, which was error-prone. Now that we have confidence in our data, we are able to confidently release reports.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Additionally, Intacct has a number of features that simplify data entry. Additionally, it is simple to add new capabilities as we develop or grow, allowing us to optimize our operations even further without having to hire more staff. Because the Chart of Accounts and Dimensions flows down to the new entity once it is introduced, adding new acquisitions to the environment is likewise incredibly simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I had to choose just one, it would be the fact that balance sheet account reconciliation is currently not possible. We need to be able to reconcile and wipe out some accounts, such as GRNI (well received, not invoiced) so that we can quickly determine whether the account's present balance is accurate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Finding a platform is really easy, however, it can be challenging to locate the precise characteristics you're looking for. When I discovered Sage Intacct, I really found more of what I was looking for. Speaking of its qualities, you'll discover that the platform is easy to use and set up.
