What differentiates Sage Intacct from other similar products?

Sage Intacct is a highly regarded cloud financial management solution for emerging and mid- to large-sized organizations. To help companies scale, it includes cutting-edge technology, strong automation and a modern cloud architecture. Sage Intacct includes general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and order management, among other key accounting applications. Integrated reporting and dashboards, time and expense management, project accounting, revenue management, etc. are included.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This program, which is hosted on its own SaaS platform, handles all of the company's financial reports automatically, regardless of the level of analysis sophistication. In reality, multidimensional studies can be carried out to obtain the complete breadth of data on productivity, profit, and loss, among other things. Sage Intacct also interfaces with third-party sales cloud platforms like Salesforce (whose CRM can also be utilized with Sage Intacct), allowing the finance team to dive deeper into customer data faster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform doesn't have as many alternatives for ordering merchandise because it can't be added to bespoke cycles, and it doesn't have enough capabilities for evaluating the company's employees' performance. The configuration of the reporting through the automated systems application for fixed asset vehicles, parts and vehicle maintenance can leave much to be desired if we don't extend the modules to their fullest extent. The cash application does not handle well our complexity to the type of business; multiple billing customers on a single check covering hundreds of orders, small variations in billing due to fuel surcharges.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sage Intacct performed admirably. It is a fairly comprehensive business planning program, allowing us to perform high-level procedures such as financial consolidations and sales intelligence, coding, advanced technological, computer and financial reporting. Sage Intacct is the right software for you if you want to boost productivity at the financial level so you can make better decisions faster. Sage Intacct is useful for managing accounting operations, controlling company contracts, and performing inventory analysis (for businesses that require sales). We believe it is the ideal platform for enterprise resource planning.

What differentiates Sage Intacct from other similar products?

Finance needs automation and controls surrounding billing, accounting, and reporting from Sage Intacct, which is the only financial management system recommended by the AICPA. I am responsible for resolving budget discrepancies for projects that have already been established. These reports are easy to access and quick to utilize, which is a huge plus. With the built-in bank reconciliation tools, maintaining a balanced bank account is a piece of cake! With only a few clicks, you'll never have to worry about late invoices again! That's why Intacct is different from other similar tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Transactions may be recorded in a variety of ways, which is my favorite. You may attach a specific department, class, location, or job to any of these dimensions, and you can even build custom fields for them. There is a multitude of reports that you may produce using this method. As a result of this function, I believe that your books are much more organized and clean. Our financial needs are met by Sage Intacct, which is a powerful instrument. When it comes to creating reports and dashboards for different audiences, it's really simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, following an upgrade, certain functions are no longer available. If we ask why some things that used to function no longer do, then we will be paid for it, and that is something I do not enjoy. This program has so many aspects that you can't run a report on them all. We still use Excel to manage cash flow because Intacct isn't the greatest at it. You can't access the GL pulls in real-time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who wants to get the most out of Intacct has to know how to use the dimensions in it. This is the key to creating reports, collecting data, and creating workflows. With Intacct, you can streamline your buying processes and create custom-designed reports based on the data collected in these workflows. Software that is easy to use and has decent category breakdowns for keeping track of accounts and categorizing items. It's a good deal for what you receive. Sage Intacct would be my recommendation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It fast tracks the assets in our organization and keeps detailed information of each asset owned by our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not disliked anything to do with this product since I started using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asset planning is well taken care of with Sage Intacct and there is quick returns on investment.
