What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?
Sage CRM provides an extensive set of collaboration tools that help streamline tasks across the organization and prevent duplication of projects which empowers teams to be productive. It is easy to set up and use. Sage CRM can be integrated with other Sage programs which help us to pass data across business units.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sage CRM stores all our information in one place enabling our Sales team to access them anytime they need. It is easy to nurture leads and build strong relationships with clients which leads to deal closure for new and existing businesses and retention rates for existing clients. It has also aided in the sales cycle and ensures data is consistent across teams and helps reduce costly mistakes by increasing accuracy and effectiveness.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer support is not responsive and we had to wait for hours for our problems to be resolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sage CRM is a perfect CRM solution to help your organization personalize every interaction with clients and keep their records to provide the highest level of client satisfaction. I recommend shifting to using Sage CRM to manage and maintain client relations.

Great CRM platform

What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?
Sage CRM is completely based on cloud platform so am able to access it from anywhere. Fact that during this pandemic era we all had to mostly work from home this stood out for me
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and implementation. It also integrates so well with other platforms from the cloud version. It helps me manage sales lead because it has the potential to auto create new contact of sales lead and it also allows track each individual team member performance. It has a very good sales management and that's why salesforce activities are fully functioning.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes to upload a huge chunk of data in CSV file may take you forever
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A good sales management software for growing companies

Excellent CRM tool

What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?
With sage CRM it helps centralize old and new contacts making sale easier for you. It also helps in sending both individual and mass mails. Sage CRM offers a full set of features such as case management, marketing campaigns and it's very easy to navigate between the dashboard, to the leads, contacts deals tasks calendars and reports.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's functionality and ease of use plus solving the ability to send mass mails
What do you dislike most about this product?
Inability to upload csv files but am hopeful this will be resolved soon
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's an excellent CRM tool for a growing medium sized company, so I highly recommend the
