It is also easy to and quick to deploy, cost effective ,easy to use ,configurable with flexible workflows that are customized to suit your business needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Impressed by its comprehensive set of collaboration tools that it offers to enable teams to perform tasks efficiently without worry of work being duplicated. Sage CRM comes with great value and the insights we receive has enabled us to understand our clients more and come up with effective marketing and sales strategies that steers our business growth in terms of revenue.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning process and training is steep with the frequent updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It best suits organizations using Sage accounting products like Sage X3 to adopt utilizing Sage CRM. Sage CRM frequent updates makes it fit the current needs of business.

Its stable and has a simple user-interface thus employers are able to adopt it easily and use it in managing their relationships with their clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has helped us build a loyal relationship with our clients by enabling us understand them more and thereby serve them well. The platform is affordable and not that costly thus fits well in all organizations including even the small and mid-sized ones. Its direct and its a good decision-making tool by offering customer insights and analytics thereby help in streamlining our customer services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being a cloud platform its sometimes affected by poor internet connections in its usage.

Its a good platform that will help in building right portfolio and streamlining your service delivery thereby enhance the way you work and grow your customer base.

Transforming leads into income is critical to our prosperity, as is the point by point reports and analysis that can help us in settling for the right decisions. Sage CRM gives the entirety of this at a reasonable price, with the powerful tools to further bringing down our operational expenses and expanding the profitability of our staff.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the search function may fail to load the right data.

Sage CRM is scalable and affordable for small and medium businesses. It is a great tool for managing sales opportunities and pipeline. Getting to on-board users is easier with this product compared to others.
