What differentiates RoomPriceGenie from other similar products?

Very user-friendly which is extremely important to our company.. RPG is used by both the Revenue Manager for the Collection as well as the individual hotel managers, who have a varying degree of tech competence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The RPG team is always available to answer questions, willing to listen to our input and customize to our needs, when possible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be time-consuming to understand and manipulate each of the many features to maximize the impact of the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work closely with the team and garner a full understanding of each of the features.
