What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the features of Robly are very good and very useful, but what caught our attention and that's why we continue to use it, is that it allows us to optimize marketing campaigns and to monitor through statistics, the results obtained. For example, we can see who opened the email and accessed the content that was sent, we can see if they did it through a mobile device or a pc. In addition to the above mentioned, we also love that the OpenGen feature allows us to automatically resend another email, only to the contacts who did not open the first email sent. By activating this feature in our campaigns, we have certainly gained many new customers

What do you dislike most about this product?

Robly is not as intuitive as other email marketing software and takes some getting used to, so it takes time to get to know the program. It has some very limited options such as customer service and the fact that they are very strict when entering a new email, as they ask for verification through an alternative service.

Robly is undoubtedly the best alternative for creating and sending mass mailings for advertising. We recommend it to all companies that want to make themselves known through e-mails, that want to increase their sales and promote their products; because once you learn the program, you can save a lot of time, effort and the results are more than expected.

I like that you can get user / visitor or subscriber data through this software and use it to increase the sales of your business. You can customize emails based on email category. You can send emails to a large number of users at a time with delivery reports. It helps to capture visitor data through which we can track abandoned cart details and provide special offers to these particular users, and allows us to increase our sales. It stores all the data and we use it to share our new updates, offers, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback is that when using the platform it does not have a clear dashboard, I have to go to several tabs to get to the required tool after clicking in several places.

I recommend it because it gives favorable responses and allows you to visibly improve the company and attract potential customers. It is also very easy to use.

Provides friendly user interface and can integrate with your business, store easily. Budget friendly pricing to provide unique features in lower cost. You can send bulk emails in just a click and also schedule for later. It helps in deciding the best time to send email and gets more engagement. It detects unopened emails and notify to resend these users new emails with new subject line. Never came under spam mails and achieves higher deliverability success. It automatically detect inactive users and remove from regular emails and helps in bring them back, target on specific users according to their behavior and requirement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once you subscribed you can't cancel your subscription from your end. You have to contact their customer support for that. It may be seen as expensive for small businesses but with it's features pricing is justified.

I have used this software and it gave me best experience. You can compare pricing with other competitors but it is providing best features with it. Customer support is awesome and very much responsive. You can easily reach to more customers with its automated systems. Easy to integrate with your store and can easily import contacts.
