What differentiates Robly from other similar products?

PRICE. Price and the ease of moving from 1 product (ie Mail Chimp or Constant Contact) to this platform - they need some new email templates (IMHO) but otherwise, the platform is great - I changed from Constant Contact when Robly was in its infancy - and sold the business. Now have 2 more businesses running on the platform. Customer SErvice is usually a live chat with an English speaking person, CHECK!!!!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

EASE OF U SE, PRICE.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Needs a facelift on the email templates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. You won't be disappointed especially with their nearly instant CSR.

What differentiates Robly from other similar products?

It offers numerous benefits to our organization, such as better email marketing management, improved customer relationships, organized customer funnels, reusable email content stored in our database, automation of various marketing processes and many more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have not had a single problem in the months we have been using it. I really like how it streamlines and simplifies the user experience, and the amount of useful features and automations it incorporates for marketing optimization. One of the most impressive features is the ability to email content to our database; other features include lead funnels, an excellent and resourceful email editor, and much more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For its price, it would be great if they added features or updated it frequently; however, for the time being, it meets our email marketing needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To improve the efficiency and productivity of a company's information flow, I can confidently suggest it. Constantly updating the customer on all the benefits or information you want them to know about your services is possible with this.

What differentiates Robly from other similar products?

Robly's connectors make it easy to funnel in campaign data from marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and behavioral event logs from websites and mobile analytics. After blending these datasets, Robly's machine learning algorithms help detect patterns. For instance, I can analyze open and click-through rates by geography, industry, job title, and other factors to determine which customer groups engage best with different email types and content formats.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool's dashboards and reports can be customized to provide quick campaign insights, as well as more advanced metrics. We were able to prove that our monthly educational nurture program directly drove conversions by tracking trends in email link clicks versus purchases over time. This data has been the basis for an increase in investment in lifecycle marketing. Robly is also valuable for ad hoc analysis when campaign testing questions arise. For example, we tested sending product updates on Tuesdays and Fridays. I used Robly's data filtering to identify distinct variations in how subscriber segments performed from day to day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Robly has limitations around CRM data model complexity, the platform enables me to mine campaign metrics for optimization ideas using intuitive visual tools instead of relying solely on IT and manual reporting.

I can provide specific recommendations to the marketing team for improving email performance faster with unlocked insights. I recommend fellow data leaders explore Robly because of their passion for analytics-driven decision-making.
