What differentiates RingCentral Contact Center from other similar products?

This product is an innovation that makes me handle my customer on all platforms. I can provide support whether I am on my PC or my cellphone. Really perfect for running the business. It had a lot of features. Can be used for chat support, phone support and texting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it has an app that is as easy to use as my desktop app. I can be supporting my customers on the go.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not sure, it has a lot of features I have not checked on yet

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a system for the future. I will allow you to provide phone support even with your cell phone. what is really amazing about it is the fact that even if there will be power outages as long as your phone has data and enough power. you can provide support with ease.
