It is a Platform that is responsible for involving and motivating employees in their work through their recognition and rewards, creating activities related to the talent of employees to obtain better results and rewarding them with rewards.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This tool helps us create a culture of recognition to support and raise morale, it has a program where managers can instantly reward employees with points or dollars, without fees or charges, activities such as meetings or communications can also be carried out to attract the best talent of the organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At the moment there are no features that our organization dislikes because it is a stable platform, easy to use, offers us a variety of activities to further integrate employees, helps users to constantly engage and improve their performance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend this tool because it provides an excellent service that has promoted large companies worldwide, it gives great confidence which has more than 1,300 clients in 23 countries that trust this software for employee involvement, and we can implement it. from any mobile device and via web from a computer.
