What differentiates Revver from other similar products?

I like the ease of set up and quick use as the product can be easily set up like a file cabinet room. I found that relatable and therefore didn't require set up from me or consultant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy. Intuitive. Like a file room.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is slightly easier to use on Microsoft based computers, which is negligible. The search function. It isn't terrible but could use improvements. The App could be enhanced but is in line with other products I reviewed before purchasing eFilecabinet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the App and search function. Easy to give it a trial as you don't have a big learning curve.

What differentiates Revver from other similar products?

Discovering what I was looking for on our old document management platform was a hassle, and I had to wait up to a week for the firm to make any necessary adjustments. eFileCabinet makes it simple to scan several documents at once and organize them appropriately in folders according to their kind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This program is very effective and secure, in addition to being highly useful and simple to operate. I can access the fact that I stored my data on the cloud and from anywhere is a massive plus in my book. Putting a file into a cabinet will cause it to be transferred automatically from wherever it now lives. The Portfolios are great for getting to your destination swiftly and in style.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It isn't enjoyable to have to download everything, then upload and check it back in since I can't work on the version on the real machine. There is also some delay, and it may be challenging to check out and change data since it is a cloud-based software. It might be challenging to search if I don't use portfolios and have many files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the resources at your disposal, including your eFileCabinet account staff, to ensure a smooth rollout and high levels of user acceptance. Some minor adjustments may be necessary for the scans and batches to be correctly organized. I am incredibly pleased with the outcomes since I can store all our information in the cloud, and the system is intuitive. Recommended.
