Great product to securely store and share document

What differentiates Revver from other similar products?

They make it easy to share documents securely and you are able to store them in an organized fashion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The clean look and feel and the ability of a new employee to sit down and start working with very little training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can't use any scanner you have with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is efficient, secure and price friendly.

Customer Service. Especially the Business Development Crew.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The remote access and app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish the gmail integrated the same as outlook

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The remote access has been a game changer for us. The searchability of documents has sped up our customer engagement and allowed us to process orders faster while reducing the need for physical storage.

16 Years of Usage - this product is amazing!!

What differentiates Revver from other similar products?

The is the only product I am aware of of its kind. I found this 16 years ago and have used it since then. Going paperless in 2004 was outside the box at that time. I haven't come across anything else like it since. I have never heard of other software in my industry that is being used in this manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple, streamlined, consistent in usage

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't really come across anything to date that I do not like

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use this product - have them assist in setting up your folder templates as it will keep your staff consistent in how your documents are stored.

Searchability DMSes generally allow for the ability to conduct searches on document content.

Metrics and Reporting This feature enables the DMS administrator to produce reports on the DMS, such as document volumes, document access, publication trends, etc.

Access Tracking The tracking of document access, including who had opened it or downloaded it.

Check Out Check in Similar to checking out or signing out a book from the library, this option enables a similar function for designated documents.

Document Sharing Document sharing is the ability to share a document with those who have not been granted explicit access
