The staff (shout out to Ana and Adi). They really care about your experience while using RingDNA. Also the time line for implementation is fantastic.

The automation of calling and logging activity has been immeasurably beneficial for our team

What do you dislike most about this product?

If your version of Salesforce is poorly built, it will be a bit more challenging to onboard and use some of the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's well worth at least taking a demo and exploring if it's the right fit for you.
