Great dialer tool with valuable feature set

Our reps love the localization functionality and the click to call when prospecting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use for our reps and the reporting capabilities within the admin portal. The integration into Salesforce makes our productivity reporting intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are siloed to using a chrome extension, which isn’t bad but is limiting to those who typically use other browsers
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Utilize more than base dialer features, product shines when more unique features are used.
