What differentiates Revel from other similar products?
Set up was easy, and they keep adding new features that are included with my subscription. They even have automatic reminder emails you can have sent to clients who are late in paying. This happens so often in my industry, that this feature has actually helped me collect my payments faster, without me having to spend time trying to get paid.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I needed an invoicing system that could send recurring invoices. I was spending too much time every month manually creating invoices, and would often send them out late, which meant I'd get paid late. Of all the options I researched (there were a lot) revel had the most features for the lowest price.I also love that as my business grows, revel has so many other products that I could add to my revel dashboard. I've also noticed that most of the other 3rd party programs I use have options to connect to revel .
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only drawback is that you can't delete customers if you have an invoice regarding them. This can limit your free trial or your free plan. If you always work with the same customers it's fine.. if you always have new and many customers this is something to think about first.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall it got the job done with creating invoices but we ultimately cancelled the subscription. It was too expnesive for what it was and we just started doing invoices through Word or Excel. If you have the entire suite I could see why some businesses love and succeed with revel .

What differentiates Revel from other similar products?
And let's talk about price, first year free without a contract? Definitely worth a try! Thanks to this platform we went from that old school cash only to a new cutting edge system and it is really making a difference for us. With access to everything they need to transact seamlessly, the comprehensive tool enables businesses to move faster, think smarter, and make better business decisions through the power of payments. In some cases, scammers have been found to buy existing domain names and start their malicious practice here.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When looking for a new and easier to use point of sale, I came across this platform. I watched a video with the CEO explaining the POS and I said "Call us and if someone (a real person) doesn't answer your call then you don't get our service." This is how you do business! The customer service for this is top-notch. Any question and at any time of the day, they are ALWAYS there to help me. They are very friendly and professional. I signed up for your CRM program.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have had no problems with this system! It has been easy to use, cost effective and the problems we have had have been on our side
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it because this app listens to customer feedback and is always improving its system. I will never use any other POS system! I love having gift cards that I can load and check the balance. With the CRM I can see my main clients. If you process a lower volume of monthly sales, the amount you save may not be enough to offset the subscription fee. It is a good option for medium to large businesses that are processing a decent amount of monthly sales. Customers do not require a monthly fee. Instead, it only charges businesses a processing fee, starting at 0.3% plus eight cents on top of interchange fees.
