What differentiates Revel Systems POS from other similar products?

Revel Systems provides a wide variety of features that ensure the success of business processes. It has very flexible and efficient financial tools, such as payment functions, split invoices and credits. It also has versatile options to create the best strategies for customer engagement. It also offers excellent options to obtain reports of creation of financial analysis of delivery receipts, real-time resource management, inventory tracking runs, order management for additional data reservation means, incorporation of purchase flows and others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to use and the user interface is visually pleasing. It offers excellent options for employee management, especially for administrative procedures, time tracking and for roles. It allows to efficiently obtain customer information with the CRM. It integrates seamlessly with Quickbooks to manage your finances and accounting in one place. It facilitates the creation of attractive and dynamic loyalty programs, totally focused on the characteristics of the clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You need to improve your customer support, you need to be faster and more accurate in troubleshooting responses. Its cost is considerably high compared to similar solutions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Revel Systems provides a set of valuable tools that are easy to use and implement. It offers very complete financial features and the client management is very versatile.

What differentiates Revel Systems POS from other similar products?

It is very easy to learn and has a no learning curve. Thanks to its intuitive controls, usually little training is required to use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to set up and has a really smooth user interface. It also has mobile support which makes it easier to control this system. One doesn't have to fidget with buttons continuously to use it and instead can control it with mobile from far away.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has very limited functions and shows very limited data.It looks like they have cut down many features just to make platform easy to use. Also, its customer support is frustrating and usually doesn't solve problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you don't want care about business analytics and only want easy to use software, I would recommend this. However,if you are more geared towards research, there are better options available.
