Retail Pro is the best retail POS

What differentiates Retail Pro from other similar products?
Retail Pro is the solution we have been waiting for as retailers. You can easily manage a POS system of transfers, purchases, relationship and location of each customer, promotions and supplies in one place thanks to Retail Pro. By hosting Retail Pro on our in-house server we were able to achieve with a minimal investment a high enough performance to make everything possible and feasible when it comes to real-time inventory tracking.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Retail Pro we can manage reports very easily. We have been able to manage promotions anywhere remotely and the Retail Pro interface is somewhat reliable and quite stable compared to other POS. We have had a great reception and we offer a pretty reliable support network to our customers through Retail Pro's tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it doesn't record item serial numbers and you have to keep checking back from time to time to avoid inventory crossovers with other branches. You have to set a standard price between batches, which sometimes leads to losses, although we always end up winning in the end. It cannot be used offline, the reports must always be updated online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have potential control in more than 5 states thanks to Retail Pro, many customers prefer us because we can manage their orders under the tax report granted by the state. Retail Pro is an excellent software for all types of retailers.
