What differentiates ReliaQuest GreyMatter from other similar products?

This product is constantly being developed and adding features. The Staff is very knowledgeable and RealiQuest offers many training opportunities. The product integrations have allowed our team to do things they could not before, as well as have ReliaQuest themselves be more effective with incident response.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of this product is the Integrations and automation that come along with those integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am confused at how Reliaquest classifies tickets as "GreyMatter" tickets but they still reside in the RQ Ticket Portal which is service now. I am not sure of the relevance of having GreyMatter Tickets and normal RQ Tickets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend time looking at the available Integrations and how your organizations can utilize them.
