What differentiates Recognize from other similar products?

Recognize makes recognizing exceptional employees easy. This helps in motivating the team which enhances performance and productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Recognize is easy to deploy, integrate and use. It offers lot's features that makes it easy to recognize exceptional employees. With this software, rewarding employees is not only fair but transparent. The software integrates well with Yammer which is a plus

What do you dislike most about this product?

No problems experienced with Recognize

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For employees recognition and rewarding, Recognize offers best features and is very capable. It's affordable and integration with Yammer is easy.

What differentiates Recognize from other similar products?

Recognize is virtuous offers a smart employee recognition solution and incorporates automatic anniversary recognition, on-site social recognition, and nomination voting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Recognize for its ease of use, it can be accessed directly from Teams, Outlook and Yammer, it also facilitates the home screen with the flow of reviews it is nice to see what my colleagues say and do in the organization, it is also useful for embody the core values of the company and increase employee engagement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recognize does not allow me to publish in the mobile application, I must use the web-based version, I still do not know if it is about a business account situation that I do not know.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Recognize is simple to apply and integrate with Workplace and Facebook, it is created as an open platform for the recognition of employees and the union of multiple sites, it also offers a wide audience a greater participation of successes and ideas, to increase the assets of employees people and business value.

It has great features that can recognize the best performing workforce members and recommend the right rewards. It promotes teamwork in our organization and updates workforce data regularly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to dislike from the performance of this great platform.
