Sometimes the support when there is an issue can be on the slow side.

Great property management software that brings many different tools to make the job easier. Great interface allows quick access to pertinent information.

What differentiates RealPage OneSite from other similar products?

OneSite is a one-stop shop where you can do multiple things in Property management. Tenants, Applicants, Vendors, Maintenance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of learning how to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price could be lower - but I understand it takes a lot to run it. We have over 100 properties - would be nice to have a discount.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out and see all the possibilities.

Teaching employees how to navigate through the software program.

Making sure a training session ( zoom call) and having someone discuss the many features that will improve their daily lives by using the software.
