What differentiates Rapid7 InsightIDR from other similar products?

We didn't compare against any other similar products. We were recommended to Rapid7 via our outsourced IT provider, and it was the ONLY software they would advise for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a small business with no dedicated in-house IT department, we couldn't be happier with the automated processes that Rapid7 provides to help us achieve and maintain NIST and CMMC compliance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not encountered anything I dislike yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give them a call, talk it through with them, get a demo if need be. Once you go that far, you'll be blown away by what they bring to the table.
