What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?

Ease of use and cost is a plus, if you are a small company, QuickBooks is good for us, but cannot handle large set of data or complexities.

If you a small or a medium size enterprise, please go for the product it helps with the record keeping and maintenance is easy.
