What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?
Qualtrics corexm is the best analytic tool. It's intuitive drag and drop interface is what stands out from the rest.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Qualtrics corexm has amazing features and capabilities like feedback collection and concept testing which helps to generate sales insights and optimize product prices through analysis of customer experiences in real time. The platform empowers organizations to run market researches projects and generate high quality insights faster.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Qualtrics corexm is easy to use and i can't think of any dislikes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Qualtrics corexm is a nice product that enables you to complete research projects inhouse without the reliance of slow out sourced vendors. I would highly recommend it.

What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?
The responsibility that the technical team has to resolve queries about the platform, I also like that it can connect with different applications, this allows me to export the data from the generated reports to different platforms that I complement with my market research analysis. This survey platform has been very solid with respect to having a positive reaction with clients when I need to collect how satisfied they are with the attention that my organization provides, having a solid platform like this allows me to have good feedback by not complicating the process of filling out question forms for users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this platform for its professional user interface design, especially in the way the questions asked to users are organized. Templates can also be generated which do not require many changes to be able to be launched in a market study that has similar objectives in the collection of key data. The reports are very flexible, quite customized reports can be generated with respect to the information that you want to quantify based on the needs of the market research that needs to be applied. Qualtrics technical support is very active in responding, I have had several problems and doubts, and these have been satisfactorily covered.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The radical change that the transformation of this platform had made me lose some time to be able to adapt to the new interface. It was very cumbersome to go through this whole process again when we had already been using the previous interface for some time, since they applied many changes from one day to the next, without the ability to open previous demonstrations to users who have already used this platform for a long time. The service had a price increase and it has caused a significant impact within my organization. It seems that Qualtrics is not interested in applying changes gradually.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform can become simple or complex according to the needs of your organization, so carefully analyze the price you want to pay that best fits your budget, especially due to the price increase this platform has had lately. On the other hand, this platform is very powerful for forms and surveys that allow the analysis of the market you want to focus on. I have not been able to find a better tool that is more complete than this one, it is very reliable and scalable in all senses.

A great VoC platform, with easy to build survey.

What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?
I used CoreXM while working with IRD. It was a great choice for the VoC program compared to what we had prior.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The survey build, data visualization, analysis and dashboard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
From experience nothing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great platform for VoC with large customer base and frequent surveying.
