It's very user-friendly however it offers more detailed insights in comparison to other survey software.

Had more complex data analysis features than previous survey monkey needs, so it did automate a few of the data related problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's ability to work with more complex data.

Difficult to use initially, required onsite training from company.
