Browser based web-app. Should have a desktop application.

You won't be unhappy with the product, but you'll likely wish for a few quality-of-life additions.

What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?

I can only speak to our old survey tool which was in our CRM but night and day alot better. Visually appealing UI, lots of features, easy integration, lots of data and dashboards creations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

usability. it was really easy to learn Qualtrics from scratch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

customer serivce responses can be a bit slow at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

definitely try out other survey applications (surveymonkey, getfeedback, etc.) but you'll probably notice and 'feel' how much more Qualtrics offers. It may be more pricier but it's worth the investment.

What differentiates Qualtrics Strategy & Research from other similar products?

Range of different survey features that enable flexibility in the way questions are presented and data collected. Ease of reproducing existing surveys in whole or part which is essential when conducting research on similar topic areas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The variety of features, and ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the matrix tables features could be more flexible such as making it easier to set up complex Table headers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Qualtrics is great if you are looking to collect experimental survey data that involves timed elements. Some of the features provide opportunities for creative uses if you think outside the box.
