The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. We have many custom validations, it is very less automation

Nothing because we work on customer based and now we don't have any client who use Qualtrics because I have changed my job

What differentiates Qualtrics EmployeeXM from other similar products?
We switched to Qualtrics from Survey Monkey. It seems more "professional" but Survey Monkey is easier to use and customize.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to pull results automatically through an API.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to alphabetize answer choices. We continually add/remove answer choices and there is no way to automatically alphabetize them like with Survey Monkey. So if you have 100 answer choices and you need something to display near the top, you have to click an arrow 100 times to move the answer choice. Survey Monkey had an option on each question to alpha-order answer choices. Not sure why Qualtrics doesn't. Have contacted customer support and they weren't helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just get in and play with the tool. It's pretty easy to learn, but it does take a while to customize everything to your liking.

Easy to use, great feature set

Ease of use and able to really get data out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love it it is great, I love that I can really create awesome survey's
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hard to edit once a survey is out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure you really need all the features
