What differentiates Qualtrics EmployeeXM from other similar products?
The level of integrations stands out, and while the user interface is not the most intuitive, it does have a great deal of customization when you have learned how to get the questions set up properly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reliability of the service. Qualtrics has a good reputation and while it is not as user friendly or as good of a form builder or survey tool as Typeform, it is scalable and useful in high volume survey result situations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customization of the questions can be difficult to get formatted the way you need them, often due to the complexity and range of tools that the product suite can provide.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are using this for institutional purposes like collegiate research, this is a well acclaimed tool. However, I would recommend shopping around for price and form building features if you are in other fields.

Wonderful Product with TONS of Uses!

What differentiates Qualtrics EmployeeXM from other similar products?
Qualtrics has many uses beyond experience management. We have used it for registration forms and tests, and the reports are very easy to customize.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really appreciate the level of customer service that Qualtrics provides as well as the ongoing updates to make it even more user-friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a bit expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is of great value as long as you have some administrative users who gain certification using the product. This will encourage the overall utilization of the platform among other interested employees.
