What differentiates Qualtrics CustomerXM from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, we can say that this is unique and we can integrate qualtrics with many platforms, which makes it great, in addition to the fact that the dashboards that Qualtrics provides are excellent for visualizing data.

What differentiates Qualtrics CustomerXM from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, we can mention that Qualtrics provides a truly fluid form of interrelationships for both the buyer and the administrator. The customer service they provide is also admirable and they actually want to help people develop surveys to understand the customer journey more deeply.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What fascinates me the most about this instrument is the function of imitating previous surveys, which becomes quite effective and essential once you work with complicated surveys, besides that it is intuitive and customer service is admirable, as are the functionalities The included reporting and dashboards are easy to set up and use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We ourselves, since we are using this tool, have not found a failure in this product, rather we have the possibility of mentioning that it is one of the superior ones that are used for the generation of surveys and this makes it possible to collect data from Positive way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the reasons why we can recommend this tool is because Qualtrics can be integrated with many other platforms, which is fantastic and makes its use more comfortable.

What differentiates Qualtrics CustomerXM from other similar products?
To be able to measure the user experience and have information that can be used to make decisions within the business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The multiple dashboards I can build with the data sent by customers. It is a flexible and intuitive tool and gives the company a lot of information to make decisions regarding the services provided.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the tool is perfect; the only thing I see as damaging is the user interface when responding to the experience measurement is not very nice.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that you have a good TI team to implement the software correctly.
