What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?

Qualified is fantastic, and I can't get enough of it. My staff and I can now keep tabs on who is checking out our website and engage with them personally. Thanks to this, we are able to connect with one another as human beings on the site and take advantage of the opportunities that have arisen as a result.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our website traffic and pipeline have both seen significant increases because to Qualified. Because of how simple and straightforward the application is to use, training new representatives is a breeze. I really like how the native Salesforce style makes it simple for teams from other departments to see chats within Salesforce. My team is able to try out new ideas and implement necessary changes thanks to the platform's adaptability. The platform is incredible, and the staff is quite competent. Andrew, our CSM, is second to none; he has an in-depth understanding of the product, is readily accessible to assist us in meeting our objectives, and

What I really want is for Qualified to have some sort of filter that separates excellent connections from terrible ones.

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?

When compared to competing software, this one stands out thanks to its impressive features and top-notch customer service, which is always ready to lend a hand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool has tremendous return on investment potential. To put it simply, I oversee all of our Experiences as part of my job in digital marketing. The prospect of trying new things and making progress excites me. The act of creating an experience is enjoyable, much like solving a puzzle. Tanya, my account representative, has been tremendously helpful. She is also a huge nerd and loves to chat about cool stuff we've seen, ideas we've tested, etc. Our website's commercial value has increased thanks to Qualified's assistance. It's possible to experiment with various settings in the bot chat in an effort to increase the number of leads.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just being able to print out an Experience is the one and only feature I'd want to see implemented. Sometimes it's hard for me to review an entire Experience in the platform and "see" how everything fits together.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great tool with lots of customizable features, so I'd advise you to give it a try.

What differentiates Qualified from other similar products?

It is a fantastic tool, it is simple to use, and it gives a great deal of functionality that is useful. This sets it apart from other applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Qualified is really straightforward and helpful for businesses. Having Trey as our representative means we can always count on him to assist us out. This system streamlines the process of generating leads and keeping in touch with site visitors. It would be good if we could also initiate contact. I also enjoy that individual profiles may be seen in depth. Knowing people's names, titles, companies, email addresses, employee counts, locations, etc. is important for making small talk and scheduling meetings. The software may be customized in many ways to meet the needs of every business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It might be difficult to figure out how to route your chats on your own, so it's helpful to have a qualified representative do the setup for you. There isn't much I would call a major pet peeve in life.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that it offers a user-friendly interface that makes it possible to develop individualized user experiences for each and every audience that navigates to your website.
