Less expensive for the features available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the real time monitoring of my mission critical machines and the ability to remote control them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really. It works and does exactly what I need it to do. It could be a little less expensive, but it's not too bad as it is now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it. Use it to monitor the status of your mission critical machines and you will love it.
