Fantastic rock-solid feature set (including a great mobile app) and when combined with great commercials it's a no-brainer!

"Just works" and continues to surprise with it's capabilities.

easy to use, ability to have new employees use on day 1 is great.

Wish there were more options for integrated security management (i.e. not just webroot)
