What differentiates Pulseway from other similar products?

Pulseway has a mobile first centric design, in that the mobile app is truly the "command and control" which is a fantastic benefit for a on-the-go workforce who needs to manage and care for the servers under Pulseway.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The stability and fact it just -works- has been one of the best things about this product. The features and all are wonderful, but the fact that it doesn't randomly break or need extra care is really endearing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While I understand the need to broaden the offerings, we have no use for their antivirus, and the backup solution is not a mature solution we can utilize for most of our clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you dedicate a couple weeks to going through and test driving what this can do. You'll be surprised with some of the granularity you can achieve.
