Very Solid and Easily Implemented RMM

What differentiates Pulseway from other similar products?

The biggest thing that differentiates Pulseway for me is the ease of setup and Implementation. We had tried various RMM and monitoring solutions, each requiring probes, sensors, thresholds, acts of god, signed treaties and everything in between. I was able to get Pulseway up and running in a day and have used it for 10 years now. Great product that's constantly evolving.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard that lets you easily identify systems with issues and resolve them without needing to do a lot of digging.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Network discovery could be a little bit better, customization of group settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You won't be disappointed! If you need a system that will do monitoring for you out of the box and then provide extras like remote control, patch management, AV integration, and more, give Pulseway a look!

Workflow automation is great and works fantastically. The mobile app you can also use it also great.
