What differentiates ProTexting from other similar products?
ProTexting’s superb client support. They not solely helped me set up my account according to our desires but additionally helped us optimize our initial text messaging campaign. Simplicity and ease of use. Protexting provided loads deal} of great options, but the ones you wish on daily basis are simply out there and straightforward} to use. Easy interface and quality responsiveness to deal with problems that arise. Clear valuation and options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is extremely straightforward to use and understand. I prefer all of the practicality and analytics. I can see what I need to check very fastly, making new keywords and campaigns is simple. The dashboard is very userfriendly and they have plenty of options to make and execute completely different campaigns. I just like the Appointment Reminder scheduling and integration with Google calendar that we use all the time. It’s very quick to schedule the reminders and they go out at the designated date and time which saves us plenty of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A number of the features aren’t easy to understand, but they create with their phone support. I hope they improve their style and UI. Overall, it gets things done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re trying to find a reliable SMS service, ProTexting is the platform for you. I’m stunned at how many options they offer, essentially supplying you with choices for each kind of SMS campaign you would like to create. Their MMS delivery is nice too.

What differentiates ProTexting from other similar products?
ProTexting allowed my organization to use text marketing like a pro right from the start, unlike other basic tools. The best thing about ProTexting is that it supports SMS and MMS marketing with high delivery rates, as well as custom fields and automatic forwarding.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ProTexting allows you to efficiently and effectively send SMS messages at scale. I have a recurring web event that needs SMS notifications, and ProTexting allows me to do this on a regular basis. It also uses automatic forwarding, which is used to forward messages from a group of clients to the primary group.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like the model it is based on which is cost to pay. Documentation for this tool is not practical. If you get stuck somewhere, you need to contact support, that's the problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like its usability and auto forwarding feature is somewhat unique, so if your needs are somewhat similar you can go with this.
