What differentiates PROS Smart CPQ from other similar products?

With PROS Smart CPQ, we are able to cut down on the time it takes to send a quote to a customer and eliminate laborious quoting processes. advantages are accelerated quoting and real-time access to price guidance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very knowledgeable sales team who are familiar with their goods and understand the difficulties we confront. an efficient transportation system (Origin destination). It was inexpensive, simple to deploy, and produced the value we required. By switching to a subscription model, you were able to get a great product with good functionality at an affordable price. You also avoided having to pay for the software upfront, allowing costs to be spread out over time and allowing ROI to catch up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI/UX experience might be more adaptable and user-friendly. The CPQ designer tool also offers many options, but it sometimes feels like they are dispersed throughout the application. To aid developers in creating new things, it would be beneficial if they were better consolidated. Working with the Cart designer is extremely tiresome. Error handling and showing errors, alerts, and other information to the user could be enhanced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consistency in the marketing strategy. And proof of what was quoted and under what conditions. standardized terminology, a uniform appearance, monitorable pricing, and the creation of approving work processes.
