I use Profit.co to track my individual career progression goals. This helps me stay focused and ensures that I don't neglect my personal career development.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface may be complicated for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend providing videos for new users to watch, rather than online training sessions with someone in another country.

Easy to structure the OKRs in the platform Not too expensive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very simple to use It is a good choice to start in this OKR management world

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a little hard (not possible) to change the late check-ins

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For the first round of OKRs 1) Start to use free 2) Structure all OKR outside profit.co (can be in a spreadsheet) 3) structure all departments in the profit.co 4) move everything to there
