The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Fantastic tool for aggregating & managing feedback

What differentiates Productboard from other similar products?
While productboard is technically a feature & product management tool, and we do use it that way, the biggest boon for us has been the holistic tracking of customer feedback. It's super easy to set up a ton of integrations so that everyone in the organization can easily submit feedback they hear from anywhere - the industry, sales pitches, existing customers, support calls, etc. Then they all go into a central tracking tool and are prioritized, rated, and assigned to related features or functionalities. This has been amazing for us to keep a pulse on our customers' needs and easily be able to pull feedback and user lists of any given feature
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Feedback management tools, integrations, and prioritization scores
What do you dislike most about this product?
The functionalities are so robust, but I wish there was a better/ easier way to integrate our feature mapping in with our actual work tracking tool in ClickUp. They're pretty divested from one another right now (which is good in some ways to keep the strategy and execution from getting too muddled), but I wish there was an easier way to automate linkages if you don't use Jira.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Come for the feature tracking, stay for the robust prioritization features, feedback management, and customer interaction tools! I love productboard!
