What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Prioritization is the most favourite aspect as per me. The way product handles the score for prioritization of items and tickets is intuitive, user friendly and yields results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Engagement feature could me made bit better

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a trial of prioritization, roadmaps and Insights you will really like it. It will bring a great value adds.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature scoring and matrix views.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Expensive Enterprise plan, but the lower plans are priced correctly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try, there is a 14 day free trial, and customer service is friendly and will help you out! You can ask for an extension also.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a learning curve for customization and using the product first time. Integration with other tools may not be straightforward.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When using the first time take a look at the guides and best practices. If you need help you can use the chat, the Productboard team helps you a lot.
