The commenting and contact management features were the most helpful to me. ProdPad can be used in place of a traditional customer relationship management system, allowing you to keep track of your product champions and stay in constant communication with them for testing new ideas and feedback.

Very little options for personalization overall. For instance, the origin of each piece of feedback can be noted in a dedicated field. But you can't change its values, so you're stuck with a useless field.
