What differentiates Procore from other similar products?

Mainly that it focuses on new construction or that is what it is best at. It is cloud based, but most are at this point in time so that is maybe a small differentiator. The navigation/functionality is quite a bit different than other programs we use/have used. It's both easy to use and difficult.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of uploading documents, pictures, PDFs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Really the fact that it does not work for us. I like a lot of the features and functions, but it is just not a viable solution for us to manage our remodel and rehab work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Determine what your needs are and establish whether the product is going to be a fit based on the category of work that you do.

When it comes to construction management, Procore offers amazing features and also makes building information modeling easy

I like that it's an all in one construction management tool It makes building information modeling straightforward It's easy to deploy

What do you dislike most about this product?

No single hate with Procore. It's affordable and seamless to use

I recommend Procore for building projects as it's affordable, manageable, and highly resourceful.
