Cool features, though difficult to use for me

What differentiates Procore from other similar products?

I like the ideas they have with the task system and their interactive UI on tablets and smartphones.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interactive task completion system

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data integration could use some improvements. My colleagues and I constantly get confused on navigating through menus, and trying to download/access files that have been uploaded can be difficult on mobile devices or tablets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would be cautious and do research before purchasing

What differentiates Procore from other similar products?

Procore is web-based and stores all data in the cloud, making it an outstanding tool for project management and teamwork communication. The system's capabilities and performance are outstanding, but the customer service is unparalleled. The value this technology delivers its users more than justifies its cost. Procore's help throughout implementation guarantees projects success.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Construction is a dynamic industry, and I appreciate Procore's commitment to regular product updates. Procore allows us to readily communicate documents, contracts, work schedules, and financial data with each other and maintains the line of communication open between field personnel and office people. The field communication strength eased several procedures and allowed us to make decisions straight from the site without many meetings. Procore is constantly updating and improving its features. This increases the system's value and helps us improve our processes and procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no unwanted or complicated issues, the user interface is attractive, it is very easy to navigate between sections and it does not take any time to find the information you are looking for. Only new members need a little training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is that you use it because it will allow you to manage all of your project documents and approvals in one place, which will save you a significant amount of time and money. It will also reduce the risk of data loss while increasing communication between team members in a way that will allow you to overcome any obstacles and avoid falling into delays, thereby ensuring the success of your projects.
