What differentiates Procore from other similar products?

What distinguishes Procore is that it establishes the governance and transparency required to track activities, documents, and correspondence in construction projects. Procore is characterized by the ease of navigation and the interconnection of departments within it, as well as the fully automated records that make even the smallest details very clear and easy to follow and understand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Procore allows us to create understandable paths that help us implement projects according to specifications, budget, and the specified time. Procore makes the best contribution to ensuring the quality of implementation, as delivery requests are subject to auditing from all parties and all procedures and corrective actions are documented and approved transparently. I like Procore’s ability to track the project budget, as it helps to include the values of the work performed directly in the cash flow, making issuing invoices easier. I liked that tracking approvals for any of the project documents is very easy through the records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Procore is largely complete, the interface is formal, and movement between departments is easy. I like that we can customize permissions to protect data from tampering.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Procore, executing construction projects according to the specified plans becomes a sure thing, as its ability to keep everything in the project under follow-up and evaluation reduces conflicts between different works and ensures reducing the possibility of unjustified stoppages.

Very easy to create an electronic forms. Input data and task assignment are very easy.

Working off-line

What differentiates Procore from other similar products?

Mainly that it focuses on new construction or that is what it is best at. It is cloud based, but most are at this point in time so that is maybe a small differentiator. The navigation/functionality is quite a bit different than other programs we use/have used. It's both easy to use and difficult.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of uploading documents, pictures, PDFs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Really the fact that it does not work for us. I like a lot of the features and functions, but it is just not a viable solution for us to manage our remodel and rehab work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Determine what your needs are and establish whether the product is going to be a fit based on the category of work that you do.
