The ability to reliably merge and automate the care you can provide to multiple groups of users at the same time, meet their needs, customize small groups and work with individual users is the ability to improve the ability to provide timely and accurate market, industry and competitive information on a consistent basis. Creates a central place to store, categorize data, content, topics, promoting knowledge sharing between different departments belonging to the organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The use of AI-enabled tools gives customers confidence to make decisions based on the information it generates efficiently and effectively. It places the customer at the core of the business, as the search for customer-related information makes the information profitable for the company. Categorization and sharing of knowledge and ideas saves time on the job. Allows the updating of data through newsletters, notifications and from these, includes ideas that the whole team finds interesting about new or novel research or relevant events in the sector.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is separation between new users and those already on the platform, as users must be careful to gather a good set of topics and discuss how a large number of these will be managed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Centralization and personalization of information makes employees find the reliable information they need, as there is a greater interest in market intelligence. Employees receive information relevant to their department from the week before, saving them time and keeping them well informed. This service is cloud-based, thus reducing the amount of time, saving money and positioning the organization efficiently within the most significant websites for the company.
