What differentiates POSSE from other similar products?
POSSE LMS provides details role based security and it can easily handles complex workflows. It can easily manage huge amount of data, applications and documents

What do you dislike most about this product?
Hard to learn in start but after few days users really like the platform and the power it provide to accomplish day to day tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It can easily handle big implemetations. Vendor is realiable and very user friendly. They had completed many successful implementations specially in the public sector.

What differentiates POSSE from other similar products?
Software is end-user friendly, technically easy to support and maintain. Permit workflow is flexible by design but can be rigid if required and adaptable to many different needs. Implementations are completed by the vendor (not a third party) with a clear vision, process and methodology. This is an enterprise software system that can be extended across many different parts of the organization. Implementation team and on-going support teams are experts in researching, resolving issues and follow-up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitive, easy to use, well thought out user interface. Strong search engine, relatable object model, very robust system. Consistency, trustworthiness, and dedication of the implementation/support teams. Always willing to go the extra mile to support their customers and ensure success. Receptive product managers open to enhancement requests and product roadmap opportunities. Annual software updates and fixes released on scheduled basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Role based permissions (at time of our implementation) were overly complex and required vendor support to maintain. Some end user features were not fully developed and required additional vendor support to make useable. Limited out of box access to configuration components making operational support difficult when minor modifications are needed such as adding a new field, hiding a field, changing screen layouts or creating new permission roles.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Fully understand your current business process and what issues your trying to change or improve upon. Know that no permit system is perfect nor will it meet every need OOB without customization. Know that a fully customizable system seems appealing but understand the pro's and con's before leveraging that capability. Have clear executive level support and understanding of expectations for your implementation and message this to all staff frequently. Have an executive level product champion that is engaged, knowledgeable and persistent with messaging to staff. Ensure change management is not an afterthought.
