What differentiates Podium Text Marketing from other similar products?

It is the best text messaging service I have used, the interface offers you exactly what you need and nothing you do not need, the ease of communication with our clients has been very convenient, it also helps us to connect with our clients through SMS , I use it to notify my clients about any news about my services or brand, I appreciate the integrations of the review platform, it is impressive to be able to respond to reviews directly on the Podium platform, it is great to be able to have an accessible application that helps me at my work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that the review link guides the customer through the process of leaving a review without having to go to a different place, I also like how quick and easy it is to navigate Podium, I also like being able to answer simple questions for clients that do not require a phone call, there are so many platforms that we can receive reviews from and have customers try to communicate with us, your knowledge of how your customers will interact with the system is also true to our experience using the platform, it also allows us connect with our clients on a regular and professional basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think there are some aspects that could improve a little more, it would also be useful to see from which inbox the notifications come to know how urgent the message is, or how long we have to wait to get back to our clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to use for your organization and also beneficial to your consumers, it is a fantastic solution that will check the boxes you need for SMS communication, it is definitely a great platform, I would recommend it.
