The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Plytix from other similar products?
Ease of use and it’s flexibility as a product. Have used numerous database management tools over my working life Plytix is amazing when it comes to being able to configure exactly what you want. It’s covers all the bases during import/export tasks with the ease of putting data in & getting it out again, to me this is the acid test with any data management system. Also since using Plytix (12 months) I have seen a lot of regular enhancements that are all brilliant. Support post sales has been outstanding, really great culture of supporting customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s an awesome product that has exceed our expectations in every way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can’t really fault Plytix as a product, because you have so much control to make it the way you want it, if it is not right you just adjust or change it to suit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your homework, research your options and select the product that you believe meets what you want to achieve. For us implementation across the business in 2 countries touched a lot of our team & adjusted a lot of their roles, Always scary but we have had great feedback that the product is easy to use. For us implementing a PIM has given us back huge value & cut out so much task duplication across the business. The team is now focused on more productive aspects of the business.

What differentiates Plytix from other similar products?
The price-quality ratio is one of the best in the business. I did some research between Plytix, Akeneo, Pimcore and some other PIM's and Plytix came out ahead price-quality wise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's really user friendly. After implementation, which was also quite easy (with help from the customer support team), It only took an hour to get my colleagues started in using the PIM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not dislike anything so far, there are some things that can be upgraded/enhanced, like having subcategories in de asset management of subcategories per attribute. But there is a page where you can drop your idea's to improve the PIM and the idea with the most votes, get's to be top priority for the developers, how cool is that!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a small to medium sized business, then Plytix is the way to go. If you have a super large business then I would probably go for something like Akeneo. If you plan on giving acces to the PIM to all of your staff, then Plytix is really good. You can choose if people can edit or just read information. It's also possible to hide information for certain roles. Also don't pay for an external party who helps you to implement the PIM. Implementation is easy with help from the customer support team. We got a dedicated implementation customer succes manager, Nicole helped us get started and was of huge help.
