The customer support team tends to stick to email when a simple call would resolve some issues. This may be a result of the support plan we are on.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As with any ERP implementation, have a clear internal product ownership team and executive support. The Plex implementation team is fantastic and makes the entire process easy to understand.
