Success Manager was super helpful in setting up our system. Any issues we had with connecting AskNicely to our CRM were worked out with the AskNicely Support Team promptly. This helps us fix any issues that may have occurred promptly and direct and also Thank The customers Promptly who simply just had a good experience and wanted to share their feedback.

The team at AskNicely is always responsive and answers questions in easy-to-understand terms. Additionally, they provide concrete ideas on other ways to use AskNicely to get the most bang for our.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isnt too much I dislike about it. So far so good

The ability to connect directly with our customers via email so that they know they are heard . to use, with great visibility of results. Features such as Leaderboards, setting up workflows, email templates ensures streamlined processes.
